Minimum 2 night stay at the cottages during the summer season Friday to Friday booking only.
Villas are minimum 7 night stay throughout the year.
Villas include bedding, towels and beach towels for your stay.
Cleaning fee and taxes are on top of prices.
60 Days prior to are full cancellation.
Under 60 days 50% will be returned.
No refund of stays.
Villas and cottages have digital keypads. You will receive automated message with your code the morning your holidays start. This code will be active during your stay and stop working at your check out.
Cottages:
Each cottage has a private hot tub, paddle board, kayak and outdoor firepit. Unlimited internet.
Villas:
Iona villa - You will enjoy access to the following: community pool, tennis/racket ball courts, marina and private beach.
Villa Sunlight - You will have your own private pool and dock. Boat can be tied off to dock. Water front on the channel.
