Newly renovated waterfront vacation home to fit the whole family! Located in one of the best locations in Cape Coral, close to down town and the bridge over to Ft Myers. Close to all the restaurants, Cape Coral Yacht Club and Beach.
 
 
The villa is located right on the canal for your easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel, you’re only minutes away to the river. Always much appreciated when renting a boat during your stay. The lanai area has perfect western exposure where you can enjoy the pool during the day and the sunset at night. The area has a lot of space for both sunbathing and some fun in the sun, as well as a spacious dining area, BBQ grill and Smart TV. All you need for a great vacation.
 
 
The Villa offers 1739 sq. feet with A/C, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a separate TV room and living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is newly renovated with new cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill. The master bedroom has a King size bed and Smart TV. The second and third bedrooms both have Queen size beds and Smart TVs.
 
 
No need to argue over what is on TV, ALL bedrooms have Smart TVs as well as the Livingroom and Outdoor area. The villa offers WIFI so you can use your own computer, pad or smartphone. Come and enjoy this beautiful Vacation Home.
